Join us for an evening of creativity, clarity, and connection as we partner with the .apothecary for a hands-on DIY Intention Jar Workshop followed by a grounding yoga practice led by

Begin by crafting your own custom intention jar - thoughtfully layering herbs, salts, crystals, and other meaningful elements while setting a personal intention for the season ahead. You’ll learn about the energetic and symbolic properties of each ingredient and create a keepsake that serves as a daily reminder of what you’re calling in.

Afterward, we’ll move into a slow, intentional yoga class designed to anchor your intention into the body. Expect mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you integrate what you’ve created and leave feeling aligned, centered, and clear.

We're excited to announce an upcoming collaboration with , launching into spring with a 4-week reset.

While many people consider January to be the time to set new year's resolutions and refresh their wellness goals, in reality the body is still in hibernation mode and may be resistant to a lifestyle overhaul. However, spring is the season of refreshment and renewal and is the perfect time to build some healthy habits.

Over the course of this 4-week series, you will learn how to meal prep, start your mornings right, hacks for a low-carb high-protein meal plan, and how to use sauces to liven up healthy meals. You'll also be able to attend participant-only fitness workshops covering Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Strength training, learning about each modality as well as getting in a good workout.

You'll also be able to attend two sessions at of your choice, including warm or hot Halo Saunas, Red Light Therapy with Oxygen and Salt, Sound Therapy, Light Therapy, or Massage Chairs, plus a bonus salt or zen shed session.

Conclude the series with a Sound Bath with Coleen, where singing bowls, chimes, and gongs provide soothing overlapping vibrations to invite your nervous system to shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest and repair—guiding you into deeper meditation, relaxation, and release.

Suzanne is another long time member that has been a valued and important part of our community. She's been a staple in our evening classes after work and we're looking forward to continuing to see her more in the future. Plus, at 1897 classes, she's quickly approaching the 2000 class mark. Another busy *Valentines* weekend coming up. Pilates is all full but add yourself to the waitlist, or plan on joining Savi at 8am for Warm Vinyasa Flow.

Melissa is starting to offer Effort & Ease on Sunday's at 4pm while Izzy is on maternity leave. It's a dynamic, all-levels yoga flow that balances purposeful effort with moments of intentional ease for a perfect end-of-week reset that supports both your body and your momentum.

Debbie joined the studio many years ago but really stepped up her game after retirement. Often attending multiple classes a day, she's credited her sanity (and her husband's) to the outlet that Zen provides. At 1679 classes - attending anything and everything we have to offer - it's hard to deny that she is a rockstar!
