Our Minds are an incredibly powerful weapon that God gave us. For so long in my life, I used that weapon destructively on me, rather than as something that served me.

Remember this; Your PERCEPTION is not always REALITY.

This supplement is rated #1 on Labdoor which is my “go to” source for supplements.
It has high levels of EPA & DHA which are the healthy fatty acids. Most fish oil supplements contain mercury which is toxic to the body.
