🤕Back pain, however, is not good to have. Unfortunately, many people are affected by it.
Back pain can have various causes, including injury, muscle spaspms, arthritis, and stenosis, among other things.
Sometimes surgical treatment is necessary, but it can also sometimes be avoided. Physical therapy can help stretch and strengthen muscles, improve posture, and teach safe lifting and exercise techniques.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Gogela family, Lincoln Pediatric Group, and all those affected by her loss. 💔

We are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of our friend and colleague, Dr. Kate Gogela.

Kate was an integral part of this clinic long before most of us arrived. As Dr. Mike Germer’s daughter, she started here supporting the chart room and front desk, and following her dedication through college, medical school, and residency, she fulfilled the hope we all shared: her return to this practice. She was a spectacular part of our group—a skilled, caring clinician, a loyal partner, a trusted friend, and a truly wonderful wife, mother, daughter and sister. Her example of dedication and care set a high standard for us all and we miss her greatly.

We ask that you keep Kate’s many loved ones—family, friends, and patients—in your thoughts. Hopefully we can all take time this weekend to appreciate how much better our lives have been because Kate was in them.

Please take care of yourselves and each other. ❤️💙💚
