This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Support Professional at Care of Excellent in Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Direct Support Professional will provide assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they have access to the resources and opportunities needed to thrive. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and committed to building meaningful relationships with our clients.

Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent.
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
*Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to helping people with disabilities.
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of our clients.
*Ability to perform basic math and computer skills.
*Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
*Prior experience is a plus but not required.
