Since I don't have my own desk or sit often cause of my job . I set alarm every 2 hrs at work to speak out loud what I am grateful for . I do this alot at work cause I know that where I need to ground myself and refocus .( I work in surgery which can be draining at times.) What other spin to this idea can you come up with. This part of my daily routine. As I am a reiki master I say the 5 Reiki principles and then state 5 things I am grateful for and today's goals... This could be done easily in the car while driving to work or for myself because I work 3rd shift at the hospital I do this on the car ride home as soon as I get into the car. I will leave the Reiki principles below a so you can implement it into you daily practice if you like! 😉

I do this while I am at work. I write an list of my goals and why I am grateful down on an piece of paper and look at it when I get frustrated through the day to keep me focus on my end goals and grounded me.
