It's amazing how things work out . . . a client had canceled their 3 pm appointment with Adele for TODAY 😒 We contacted people on the "on-call list" . . . Also, others we thought might be interested . . . Nothing. Then, a Doctor's office called to fill it with a patient of theirs in need !! 💕

The opposite of "Flight or Flight" stress response is "Rest and Digest". In our chaotic, busy lives -- we should "exercise" a few tasks to shift us from stress to calm. It could be as simple as: Taking several deep diaphragmatic breaths; rubbing/pulling on your ears until they are warm; challenging your peripheral vision; and well, getting a massage.

All of those tasks help to stimulate the Vagus Nerve. It helps all internal organs and systems work better therefore it helps us heal. So . . .
