Tend to your garden! And my coaching practice, I invite everyone to treat themselves as they were their own best friend. Tending to your garden isn’t about perfection. In fact, it’s expected that you will be angry or sad when needs aren’t unmet. This is about nervous system regulation and attempting to get back to some form of homeostasis. And times when you cannot do that giving yourself radical self acceptance during the chaos.

The past can inform you. But don’t be fooled! There are more options in the future than you might be able to perceive. I thought that over a decade of leading retreats, two decades of trainings, and 47 years of hard knocks, that I would be being asked to be in workshops and retreats. That I would be one of the main facilitators included in the next generation of ceremony and ritual, as I’ve devoted my life‘s work to the spiritual and emotional realms. Sometimes I feel invisible to the new generation, falling in love with chakras, crystals, ecstatic dance and cacao. I used to want to plead with them ‘learn from my wisdom! You don’t have to be possessed by a 5000-year-old tree spirit during a tea ceremony or come home with a ghost because the facilitator of the cacao Ceremony didn’t know how to feed the spirits there 😆😂’

I’m now realizing that there are many paths to take and I’m not gonna force myself into spaces/places where I might feel invisible, and my wisdom isn’t valued. In fact, as I look across the bridge into the next chapter of my life, there are so many doors opening up!

I had a radio show many moons ago with Iggy Garcia. And then after that, I had a podcast with Dr. Susan Josephson. Included in the podcast, I illuminated other women’s work women who had knowledge that they had walked for many years and turned into wisdom!

With ease and grace, I find that that platform is opening up again! Iggy and I are doing some live chats on modern shamanism! James Offuh and I are chatting about conflict resolution. Tao Haung and I are ready to share the tea on a modern meets an ancient look at Chinese medicine and through ancestral healing.

Rejection is protection. Perhaps I wasn’t being rejected all this time, but rather pulled to be a part of systemic change. I will continue to do to***co ceremonies, and leave offerings to feed the spirits of my ancestors. Perhaps this layer of invisibility around my work has been a sacred protection to lead me to global conversations? One thing is for sure, I want to facilitate what excites me and what lights me up, not just what I’m good at.

I usually put my focus on your Akashic records in a session. That means helping you heal your anxiety, balance out how much you give to your family versus what you give to yourself, inner child work, past life healing, animal totem activations… etc

In these intuitive calls the client will ask me WHEN they get true love, the dream job, or a certain outcome. The question is not when but how. And your physical body is part of manifesting. Just as much as your ability to communicate with the people around you the spiritual world… somatic communication and interpretation is key to you living your best life!
