Join us for our July Sound Bath hosted by Angela Varner. Angela blends mindfulness practices and sound healing to empower her clients to embrace moments of stillness during life's most overwhelming times.

For those that have been asking - there is no movement during this sound bath. It is a time to be still, relax and receive sound. We do offer comfortable props, but you are encouraged to bring a pillow/blanket from home for additional support.
