Beautiful five month follow up for my patient who underwent a deep plane facelift and deep neck lift as well as upper blepharoplasty to help rejuvenate her jawline and eyes.

Her deep neck lift included submandibular gland reduction to help create the definition of her jawline. She has healed beautifully and will continue to note improvement along the jawline and neck over the next several months.

I’m really happy with the improvement in the texture of her neck skin as well.

The best part is her smile is still exactly hers! She still looks like herself!

Can you believe that this is just 10 days after an isolated deep neck lift with scar revision? Our beautiful patient had a facelift elsewhere just about a year ago. Her neck was not addressed at that time.

My approach was a small incision in the crease of her chin and incisions around her earlobe and behind her ear to improve her old scar and also allow for tightening up of her neck by addressing the deeper structures.

She has healed beautifully and was already out with her friends within five days of surgery!

As her swelling decreases, her jawline will look even better!

Beautiful and mysterious…

Chrissy is almost 1.5 years post deep structural neck lift with gland reduction, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transfer and chemical peel. I did have to do a small office revision after the initial procedure to remove a little fat that got left behind underneath the chin.

I think she looks absolutely gorgeous! And there’s that mysterious, exotic look to her eyes.

Her lower eyelid surgery definitely plays a role in this, but I think the overall rebalancing of her face draws even more attention to her eyes.

So happy for Mia who is now 1 month out from her rhinoplasty!

Her goals were nasal hump reduction and tip support to reduce plunging nasal tip with smile.

The initial recovery was essentially seamless and she is healing so well! I expect even more refinement in the appearance of her nasal tip over the next 6 to 12 months as her swelling continues to improve.

Update for Alexa! She is only 6 days post rhinoplasty in these pictures. She started off with some bruising early on but with good management before and after surgery, even with her fair skin, it’s almost resolved!

I love this outcome for her as it balanced with her facial features and meets her goals! She wanted a supratip break and we also decided to narrow her nasal bones to create harmony with her features.

We are so excited to see her at one month post surgery and catching up with her experience so far.
