Great info about the most recent COVID strain circulating! Severe sore throat is a common symptom.

The COVID-19 Nimbus variant is on the rise in the U.S. as many report a painful symptom known as "razor blade throat." If you have a severe sore throat, it's important to rule out strep throat to avoid severe complications. COVID-19 precautions like masking and vaccination remain important.

A great way to get the kids outside and exploring our amazing Metro Parks around town! We all need more nature and outdoors in our lives. ☀️

The Metro Parks passport program has begun! Visit all 20 parks and get your passport stamped to receive some Metro Parks swag and a cool t-shirt 😎 Passports can be found at the Highbanks, Blendon Woods, Battelle Darby Creek, and Blacklick Woods nature centers, or at Metro Parks Headquarters (1069 W. Main St in Westerville). Stamps are located in nature centers, bulletin boards, or via park rangers. Have fun exploring!
