We would like to take a moment to introduce you to Kayleigh Meyer, our Clinical Manager at The Cottage.
Kayleigh joined our team in August 2025 as a floor nurse and quickly became a valued member of the Cottage community. Through her dedication to our residents and her commitment to high-quality care, she was recently promoted to the role of Clinical Manager.
Kayleigh has a genuine passion for caring for others. Nursing is more than just her profession it’s something she truly loves. She finds great meaning in building relationships with residents, supporting them in their daily lives, and helping ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Kayleigh grew up in Westerville, Ohio, where family played a central role in her life. Those values guide the way she approaches her work each day as she strives to help The Cottage feel like home for our residents and a place where families feel confident in the care their loved ones receive.
Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She has a 5-year-old husky with lots of personality who keeps her busy with walks and adventures. On weekends, she enjoys spending time on her family’s farm, which is one of her favorite ways to relax and recharge. She also enjoys shopping and unwinding with her favorite Bravo TV shows after a busy day.
Kayleigh shares that she feels incredibly fortunate to be part of such a special community at The Cottage and is grateful for the trust families place in her to care for their loved ones.
