Together Wee Grow is growing again!❤️

Together Wee Grow provides overnight care to families and their newborns.

We are looking to hire a registered nurse or postpartum doula to add to our wonderful team!

Looking to welcome candidates who are kind and compassionate. Must have the proper training and experience working in the childbirth industry and / or during the postpartum period with infants.

Infant / Child CPR training is required along with a Background check. RN or Postpartum Doula certification is required.

Duties include:
Feeding according to parents wishes, bottle preparation bottle/pump cleaning
Supporting the family in this new phase of life.
Providing support to mom in the postpartum phase.
Encouraging babies to sleep long stretches, practicing healthy sleep routines
Soothing and comforting baby
Changing and diapering baby
Keep detailed chart of feeding/sleeping activity

Meet Kelly!

Kelly Walter, RN has a special interest in caring for mothers and babies. Before nursing, she assisted many families as a mother’s helper and nanny. Kelly has two daughters and loves on her dogs, cats and chickens in her free time. Traveling is her favorite, and she likes to organize, decorate, read, and watch medical dramas. We are so thankful to have her on our team ❤️

Meet Nicole!

My name is Nicole Lampeter, RN. I reside in Hilliard Ohio, with my husband and 10 year old son. We enjoy traveling, attending various sporting events such as Ohio State football games, the Columbus crew, and Cleveland sports. My son plays travel soccer, basketball, and baseball. I enjoy various aspects of nursing care including caring for newborns and educating moms on newborn care. Nicole is an amazing part of our team!

Hi I’m Heather, and I’ve been a nurse for four years. Most of my nursing background is in mental health, and I have found helping support new mothers and families during such a critical time in their lives so rewarding. It truly takes a village, and I’m proud to be a part of each family’s new journey. We are so glad she is a part of the Together Wee Grow team!

Hello! My name is Maureen and I am a postpartum doula at Together Wee Grow. I am passionate about supporting new families in the exciting, yet, exhausting newborn phase! It’s so rewarding to help parents gain confidence (and sleep) in their postpartum journey.

My husband, Bill and I have three kiddos- Maeve (11), Reese (9), and Miles (4). They keep us laughing and also keep us very busy! I enjoy volunteering, pickleball, live music, working out, traveling to new places and to do lists :)

I’m so thankful to have met so many wonderful families in the work that we do and working with my sister is the cherry on top 🍒
