We’re hosting a full blown recovery day .are.the.armory with the day after the Ohio Health Capital City Half and Quarter Marathon.

📍Where: 880 Kinnear Rd (The ARMORY)

Well have sauna & cold plunge set up outside of the garage doors to the sports performance building parking lot.

Normatech leg compression attachments set up inside on the chairs on the turf.

Towels will be provided but please bring a dry set of clothes!!

We are so excited to announce, starting this coming Tuesday MARCH 10th at 7:15p on the ASP turf, 
ARMOR OF FAITH IS BACK!

This is open to members and non-members. For anyone looking for faith based community, 
 please join us biweekly for fellowship and conversation rooted in faith.

The armor of God goes far beyond the physical body. Train your spiritual body as intentionally as you do your physical. There is so much to gain from being apart of a community that is training for more than just physical growth.

The calm before the storm….As we get closer to the 2026 Arnold Sports Festival kicking off at the Columbus Convention Center here’s some relevant info for members and guests of THE ARMORY this week!

Our address is 880 Kinnear Rd- Columbus, Ohio. Keep an eye out for the humane parked in the lot by the road- the gym is located in the building behind the building in that lot.

We have extended hours this week!
Wednesday (regular hours) 5am-10pm
Thursday + Friday: 5am-11pm
Saturday+ Sunday: 6:30am-11pm

Guest Passes can be bought online or in person at the front desk. Link is in our bio that directs to single day pass page- that can be navigated to also find the 3day and 5day purchase option as well.

YouthFit is the newest addition to The Armory’s arsenal of offerings. This program is for athletes in grades 4-7 interested in basketball and or volleyball and works hand in hand with our youth strength program and trainers. Sessions are $25 each with Basketball/Strength being the focus on Mondays and Wednesdays- while Volleyball/Strength is covered on Tuesdays/Thursdays.
