Staying Safe & Informed at Covenant Woods

Today after our Town Hall, we had the privilege of welcoming Corporal Seth Cole from the Columbus Police Department as our special guest speaker.

He shared valuable insights on the latest scams and fraud tactics from suspicious texts to those all-too-familiar phony phone calls. It was an eye-opening and important discussion that reminded us all just how clever scammers can be.

At Covenant Woods, we’re committed to keeping our residents informed, empowered, and protected. A big thank you to Corporal Cole for helping us stay one step ahead!

On this day, 58 years ago, our very own resident Lester Kapelka was awarded the Purple Heart for injuries sustained during his service in Vietnam.

Today, we honor not only his bravery, but his enduring strength and the sacrifices he and countless others made for our country. His story is a powerful reminder of the courage shown by so many and we’re proud to have him as part of our Covenant Woods family.
