Struggling with weight loss after my second baby was an eye-opener for me. Despite countless diets and fitness routines, the scale barely budged. It was a battle that seemed endless, leaving me feeling defeated and lost. The joy of motherhood was intertwined with a personal struggle that seemed to overshadow my happiness. It wasn’t just about losing weight anymore; it was about finding myself again.

But then, something clicked. The realization hit that the goal wasn’t just to lose weight—it was to sculpt a body that felt like mine, to rebuild my strength from the ground up. The journey took a drastic turn when I went from struggling to shed pounds to becoming extremely skinny. This wasn’t the victory I had hoped for. I looked in the mirror and saw someone who had lost her strength along with the weight. It was a wakeup call.

Right side 2017…. PLATE OF CLOGGED ARTERIES Steak and fried chicken at the same time, baked potato loaded with dairy on top of more dairy and pork bits and canned green beans 😩
