After spending time living abroad and doing physical rehabilitation with soldiers and children with developmental disabilities, I fell in love with the physical art of massage and how it can be used to help others reach their full potential.

I returned to the US in 2009 and enrolled in the American Institute of Alternative Medicine and began my practice.

I believe your brain is your CPU and your body is your hard drive—holding onto every experience, every moment of stress, and every ache you’ve ignored. When tension shows up in your shoulders, your jaw, your back—it’s not random. It’s your body’s way of trying to get your attention.

As a massage therapist with years of hands-on experience, I’ve learned to read the language of the body. Every knot has a story. Every tight muscle is a message. My work is more than just relieving pain—it’s about helping you realign with the truth your body is trying to tell you.

Massage therapy, for me, is not just a profession—it’s a calling. I’m here to hold space, offer relief, and help guide you back to balance, clarity, and connection with yourself.
