Lately, I’ve been practicing more moments of stillness—choosing to be instead of always do. 🌿✨
It shows up in simple ways: walking barefoot in the grass for 15 minutes, watching the sun rise, or listening to 432 Hz frequencies. Today, I chose a 20-minute candle gazing practice. 🕯️
During these moments, I often ask myself reflective questions like:
“what is now the time to let go of?”
or
“What do I have too much of in my life?”
Playing with that second question today, I realized—I've been receiving too much noise.
Too much dissonance.
Too much background hum that I’ve grown numb to.
And when I paused long enough to really notice it… I saw how much my body doesn't actually enjoy it—at least in this moment.
So now, I’m exploring how I can welcome more silence and space—moments of true quiet that invite contemplation and a deeper connection to the Earth. 🌎
Practices that align me.
That awaken my being.
That bring me back to a still point.
Maybe you’re craving that too? 💫
