The most important thing I've learned as a practitioner?

There's no "right" way to heal.

Some people come to their first session ready to dive deep. Others need months before they feel safe enough to truly receive.

Some people cry. Some laugh. Some feel nothing in the moment and experience shifts days later.

Some need weekly sessions. Some come once and that's exactly what they needed.

Your healing journey is yours. Not mine. Not anyone else's.
My job isn't to fix you (you're not broken) or push you toward some predetermined outcome.

My job is to hold space. To meet you exactly where you are. To trust that your system knows what it needs, even when your mind doesn't.

Whether you're brand new to energy work or you've been on this path for years—you're welcome here, exactly as you are.
