Residents enjoyed an afternoon of classical musical with the incredibly talented musicians from Sunday at Central. The program featured Jeff Myers (violin), Mariko Kaneda (piano), and David Thomas (clarinet). The ensemble performed Bartók's "Contrasts" and Khachaturian's Clarinet trio. All we can say is BRAVO! We really enjoyed the musical talents of the “Heartstrings Ukulele Group (HUG)!” Our residents loved that they were so creative and fun-spirited! Today’s outing to the Canopy Tour at Blacklick Woods Metro Park was an absolute blast AND we are sure that the rain held off just for us! Our day included a yummy picnic and time exploring this three-story canopy tour in the tree-tops. The engineerimg involved in building this place is a marvel to behold. We are very fortunate to have outdoor experiences like this nearby for our residents to go on adventures.
