This is for practitioners who want to go deeper in their 26&2 practice. We go in depth with every pose, its purpose, and the muscles we are focusing on in each posture. For the avid hot yoga practitioner, or new beginners looking to understand the practice better. Must have experience in 5+ hot yoga classes.
