Struggling with dry, itchy, or burning eyes? 😣

You’re not alone—dry eye is a common condition, especially during seasonal changes. Here’s how you can find relief:

• Use preservative-free artificial tears regularly
• Keep eyelids clean with gentle lid scrubs
• Apply warm compresses to improve oil gland function
• Avoid direct air from fans, heaters, or vents
• Wear sunglasses outdoors to reduce wind and sun exposure
• Take breaks from screens using the 20-20-20 rule
• Ask your eye doctor about advanced in-office treatments
