Does your child struggle with stress, sleep, or big emotions? Reiki is a gentle, calming energy practice that helps young people feel more balanced and grounded.

Benefits include:

The Reiki Center offers sessions to support children/teens with reducing anxiety and stress, improves sleep, helps with focus and overall wellbeing.

We also offer, classes as well. Giving Children and Teens the tools that support overall wellbeing. Helps boost confidence, easing school or social pressures. Allowing for calm and inner peace.

These classes can be attended for either reiki or animal reiki. Animal reiki involves learning how to give reiki for your pet. So Fun!

Where does Reiki come from?

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that involves a practitioner placing their hands lightly on or just above your body to support relaxation and a sense of balance. It was developed in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui and is now used worldwide as a complementary wellness modality.
