Thank you all for spending the last few weeks with us, soaking up the love. As a reminder, our last class is December 31st at noon. There is no evening class that night.

While we are sad to see Saha Yoga come to an end, yoga can (and we hope will) continue in your life.

Here are some places you can find our beloved teachers:
♥️ Isa is teaching at Black Sheep in Franklin
♥️ Lezlie will be offering private yoga and leading classes at the ARC in Columbus
♥️ Michelle started the Yoga for Humans community and is also leading Sunday classes through January at Sky Sport Fitness in Columbus
♥️ Several of our teachers will also be hosting yoga classes in about six weeks or so at First United Methodist Church on Lafayette and 8th streets. If you would like more information, please email yogaincolumbus@gmail.com and let us know if you would like to opt in on future communication

• 31 only final Closing noon class

I can’t tell you what’s next but I can say with certainty that what we had here was pure. I believe a good thing isn’t diminished by its ending. I can tell you that we shared deeply meaningful life together. Laughter, heart, tears, challenge, ease, and stillness. We supported each other on the discovery of self: self study, self knowing, self acceptance. We learned to move through hurt, happiness, grief, life’s many beginnings and endings, and to sit with discomfort. Together, we grew.

I can’t tell you what’s next but I can tell you that I gave love and I received it in return. I can tell you that Saha was always about the people, so as we say goodbye to our yoga home, let’s lean on each other and keep spreading love.

We have enjoyed sharing this practice with you all for the last two years. Unfortunately, the time has come for Saha to close. A lot of love, care, and money was poured into the Shala with the intention that it be our yoga home. And it truly has been. So much heart has been shared within these walls. While we had envisioned more time in this yoga home, this was always a risk of betterment of a rented space.

Saha’s final class will be Wednesday, December 31st at noon. We hope that you can make it in to practice with each of the beloved Saha teachers before that time.

All gift cards will be honored through the next few weeks, so please utilize any you may have.

Thank you all for your support, energy, and love. It has been our honor to serve this community. Saha wouldn’t be what it is without all of the love and kindness that everyone brought when they came into the doors. Thank you for growing with us and sharing life with us through these years.
