Headaches, insomnia, low energy, aches, irritability, difficulty focusing. Do any of these sound familiar? These are just a few of the ways stress manifests and shows up in our body. ⠀

Slow down and listen. Embrace stillness. Discover what might invite relaxation into this day or week, and start to learn if there are any bigger changes you need to make to live a healthier version of yourself. Stress is a normal part of life and can even be healthy and motivating but it's important to learn how to manage it and identify if it becomes a more chronic issue.⠀

Urban Zen has become one of my favorite practices to offer people who are struggling with stress or simply need some tender care. I will be offering another workshop this Sunday from 4-5:30 p.m. with at Balanced Yoga. We'll sink into restorative poses and invite full relaxation with the support of mindfulness practices, essential oils, and Reiki. It's amazing what can happen in just 90 minutes of deep mindful rest! These classes tend to fill up, so register to reserve a spot! ⠀
