Created to be a safe space that offers women support as they negotiate through some of life's challenges.

Today we fellowshipped in love & sistership 🩷

Our first Women United! Day Party was a success! These women represent my heart, I brought together the women from my fitness camp Women Inspiring Women Bootcamp and the ladies of Women United! Zoom Community. And we had a time honey!!

Food, laughter, painting, sharing stories and unity. I'm grateful to God for each and every one of these ladies and those that were unable to attend. We're going to do it again in December.

We're Healing On Purpose 🦋

Daily, God forgives us! That same forgiveness we have to extend to others.....we are COMMANDED to forgive.

Unforgiveness = a hardened heart, delayed blessings from God etc.

He created us to live HAPPILY, in that happiness there are conditions.... Forgiveness is a condition. Forgive, so you can move on and experience the FULLNESS 🙌🏾

Life isn't easy and it can get hard and I mean real hard sometimes BUT...... He promised that He would never leave us!

The good news is that life does come with a manual, the Word is our manual and we have to stay in it DAILY 🤞🏾💪🏾

Lord, we thank you for the "BUT" you put in the middle of our trials & when we're weathering storms. He's able to do it ALL....
We can't give up every time it gets hard, we have to put our faith in the one who is able to do EXCEEDINGLY & ABOVE all that we could ask for.

I'm often asked how do I have time to run my business, with all that's on my plate? It's simple honestly.............

I'm a proud FAITH-BASED business owner, and I operate on Biblical principles!

My response is simple:
I prayed that my business would be a blessing and make an impact.
So I will never complain about what God has given me. He gave me exactly what I prayed and asked for—and He gives me the strength to keep going! 🙌🏾

I will never mismanage what He’s entrusted to me. 💜

To God be the glory!

Where It All Began

Women Inspiring Women Bootcamp was created to encourage sistership, unity and to encourage one another via fitness. Never did I imagine that it would take off the way that it has. I am just a woman who struggled with being morbidity obese, who changed her life and wanted to offer other women the support that I did not get during the hardest of times during my journey. I’m thankful that so many women trust me with their physical fitness lives and that is why my motto has become “Each One, Teach One” I love what I do! Becoming a certified group and personal trainer just made the deal even sweeter for me. I just want to offer great services and along the way I’ve met and continue to meet some of the most dynamic and amazing women of all races, religions and shapes!
