I am very glad to report that Unravel Massage is REOPENED and at a new location, the Well Within Collective https://www.wellwithincollective.com/ located on 1496 Old Henderson Road, Columbus, OH 43220. We're just down the street from Little Japan and Tensuke Market. New and exciting things coming up at Unravel Massage! We're getting ready to carry more on-site products for use during your session as well as for take-home self care. Please fill out this survey to help us asses what kind of aromatherapy-based massage oils, self-care tools, essential oils, topical pain relief creams and CBD (non THC) creams would best serve you to have available for purchase during your appointment. McKenna will also be able to order products from Rocktape and Young Living for you even if they're not standard-stock items.

Until we have secured a new lease and have a timeline for re-opening, we regret that we are not booking new appointments. Salutations Unravel Friends! Our massage therapist McKenna will begin medical leave this Saturday, November 14th, and will not be returning to work until December 8th. We still have a few appointment slots left this week if you'd like to book before they're gone for roughly a month, otherwise we look forward to serving you again in mid December! In the meantime, if you're able to support us during our time off, if you would be so kind as to leave an honest review on our Google Business Listing that would be greatly appreciated. It's an easy process: make sure you're signed in to your Google account and follow the link below (or search Unravel Massage Columbus in Google Maps), and select "Write a review" from the left scroll down menu. A menu will appear where you can give a stars score for our business, as well as write a review if desired.

You can additionally leave a review on this Facebook Business Page by selecting the "reviews" link on the side menu on the left hand side of the screen. To the right of that menu, you'll see a box asking if you would recommend us where you can click "yes" or "no" as well as add additional insight if desired. Thank you for your help!

"McKenna is Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Cupping Therapist at Unravel Massage (Columbus, OH). She uses multiple techniques, including cupping, to help clients recover from stress and trauma on their journey to optimal health. McKenna believes massage complements efforts of western-style medicine and holistic medicine practitioners in promoting client wellness. Her massage space is a POC and LGTBQIA+ safe space.
McKenna brings traditional practices and new ideas to massage, earning a BA in Creative Writing in 2015, a Michigan LMT license in 2017, a Cupping Certification from the International Cupping Therapy Association in 2017, and her Ohio Massage Therapy License in 2020. Outside of work McKenna practices circus arts and engages in creative activism between various writing and fine-art formats."

Oof has March been a whirlwind! I am so glad I got to open this month at my new space in Columbus, and look forward to the future. It is with responsible sadness that I currently have to temporarily close Unravel Massage until further notice for COVID-19 prevention procedures. In the meantime, I’m looking for suggestions for what videos people would like to see on my Instagram .hands and here on my page for at home stretches, exercises, self care, etc. Please let me know how I can remotely support you and your family in this tough time.

Today I had my last client in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It is with bittersweet contentment that I packed up and closed my practice today. Now, on to Columbus, Ohio! Thank you all for supporting me thru becoming an entrepreneur, as well as helping me improve as a bodyworker. Blessed be, and may your journey be as fruitful as mine has been.
