18 years ago this week, Bernie and I decided to take a chance and started Personal Level Fitness. We wanted to help people live a better,healthier lifestyle and do it in the safest possible way. Our focus is to educate our clients on proper weight training form, realistic nutrition and cardio training.
We would like to thank our fantastic fitness coaches and clients who made this possible. We feel so blessed for the friends and memories we have made.

1. We only hire the very best trainers. We seek out trainers who have a degree in the exercise & health field and a nationally recognized personal training certification. We also look for experts in customer service as well as training. We invest in our trainers by continuous training and paying for their CEs.

2. Personal Level’s commitment to safety. We only do one on one personal training. We believe this is the safest and most effective way to success. The program is designed for you with your input and our expertise. You will always have an expert spotting you and adjusting your form. Our focus is 100 % on you 100% of the time.

3. We promise to uphold and set the highest industry standards for cleanliness and safety. We have installed a Reme air purification system designed to kill 99.9 % of all viruses and germs in the air. Our private training suites are completely sanitized between each session. Our equipment is inspected on regular bases to insure reliability. The cardio equipment is sanitized between each client. When we are not training we are cleaning.

4. Our motto, Your Level - Your Goal - Your Success is our core belief. We believe each person in our studio has individual fitness levels and goals and should be treated as such. It is our priority to use our skills in proper programming, training and nutritional consulting to make sure each client achieves their specific goals.

5. We believe in having a caring and positive attitude. The care and positive attitude we have towards our teammates and family of clients will determine our success.

John believes that fitness training is the cornerstone for an active and fulfilling lifestyle, and that it leads to a healthy body and mind. His intent while training is to help people create and maintain a foundation for a healthy lifestyle while working toward their goals. Clients should intend to work hard and learn strategies to reach their goals in and out of the gym.

John believes the goal of fitness training is to improve one’s ability to live a full life! If client’s workout with consistency to persevere their individual fitness goals, there is no telling what they can achieve. The training environment should be a family atmosphere that is friendly and focused to give clients that consistency they need to make strides! Working out should be fun and have a clear purpose. When client’s achiever their specific goals, the confidence and ability to lead a happy and healthy life is boundless.
