Prepare for an unforgettable sight on April 8 as Central Ohio experiences a total solar eclipse, with the peak expected around 3 p.m. At Ivory Home Health Services, Inc., we want our patients to enjoy this celestial event safely. While hospitals are educating the community on eclipse safety, here are some tips for our patients:
- Avoid unnecessary travel between noon and 5 p.m. on April 8 to reduce the risk of traffic accidents.
- If you must go out, run errands early or plan them for days before.
- Whether you're watching with loved ones or alone, have your eclipse glasses, sunscreen, and water handy.
