✅If you're due for your annual screening, stop by and take care of this important step. Tag a friend to remind them, too.

Here’s what you need to know:
✅ You must be 40+ years old
✅ No mammogram in the past 12 months
✅ No current breast concerns
✅ Bring your insurance card, previous mammogram info, and primary care provider details.

Can't make it today? Prairie Ridge Health offers walk-in mammograms the last TUESDAY of every month. See you soon!

❤️‍🩹 It's Cardiac Rehab Week! ❤️‍🩹
Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive, medically supervised program designed to improve cardiovascular health through exercise, education, and counseling. It helps patients with heart conditions recover faster, manage risk factors, and improve their quality of life.

Patients recovering from certain cardiac conditions can choose to do their cardiac rehab with us at Prairie Ridge Health in Columbus. Our cardiac rehab team consists of registered nurses, a clinical exercise physiologist, an athletic trainer and a respiratory therapist.
