One thing I’ve noticed…
A lot of people don’t actually need more workouts.
They need their body to work better.
Less stiffness.
Less random aches.
More strength for real life.
More confidence moving.
Most of that comes back pretty quickly when you train the right things.
That’s a big focus for me right now.
