Did you know that Cherokee County Health Department has a syringe disposal program for individuals who take injections and dispose of them in sharp's containers?

If you utilize syringes and need a sharp's container for your home use, stop by our office at 110 E. Walnut St. Columbus KS or the Galena Sentinel to pick up a free sharp's container. When full, please return it to the health department for disposal and we will issue you a new sharp's container. This program is open to individuals who reside in Cherokee County.

Manzer Family Medicine will be closed today in observance of Labor Day, allowing our dedicated staff time to rest and spend with their families. We will reopen tomorrow at our regular time, 8:30 AM.
