Why I love small group personal training.

“Heavy weight doesn’t mean effective training.
Correct form does.”

Just because the weight is heavy doesn’t mean the workout is effective.
Muscle grows from control, time under tension, and proper movement patterns not ego lifting.
If you can’t control the weight, you’re not building muscle…
you’re building bad habits (and risking injury).
Form builds strength.
Strength allows heavier weight.
Not the other way around

Because let’s be honest eating is the hardest part, not working out.

If you find recipes that: ✔ fit your macros
✔ support your goals
✔ AND actually taste good

…guess what? ENJOY THEM. That’s sustainability.

I’ve seen some coaches downplay the viral sweet potato pizza and that’s wild to me because how is it any different than: 🥔 a sweet potato bowl
🥗 a sweet potato plate
🍽️ sweet potato + protein + veggies

Same food. Just a different presentation.

I’m making it this weekend, and if it hits the spot… it’s staying in rotation 😋
