We have some pretty long lasting employees at West Park. Christy has been with the company for 28 years today. Christy began her work journey at Monterey Care Center at the age of 17 and just last year transferred to West Park to take on the role of the ADON. It has been a pleasure to have Christy on the team. Happy anniversary, Christy!!!

Michelle has joined the fabulous therapy team at the facility. She has taken the role of the Director. Michelle has been a COTA since 2006 and in management since 2013. She joins our team with a wide variety of knowledge for rehabilitation.

Today marks 22 years that West Park residents, families, and staff have been blessed with Xenia’s presence.
Xenia is a CNA and has recently been promoted to a management position in Medical Records and Central Supply. Xenia will begin nursing school in September. She is a great role model for her coworkers, as she never stops setting goals for herself.
