Want to start your day feeling refreshed, loose, and full of energy? Here are 5 quick & easy morning stretches you can do right from your bedroom 👇
🧘♂️ 1. Neck Rolls (30 sec each direction)
Gently roll your head in a slow circle—forward, side, back, side. Great for releasing neck tension from sleep!
🙆♀️ 2. Shoulder Rolls (10x forward, 10x backward)
Roll your shoulders in slow circles to loosen up tight traps and get that upper body moving.
🧍♂️ 3. Standing Side Stretch (Hold 15 sec each side)
Reach one arm overhead, lean to the opposite side. Feel that side body open up—great for posture!
🦵 4. Forward Fold (Hold 20–30 sec)
Bend at the hips, let your head and arms hang. Feel the stretch in your hamstrings and lower back.
🧎♀️ 5. Cat-Cow Stretch (8–10 reps)
On hands and knees, alternate arching and rounding your back. Perfect for waking up your spine!
