If you’ve practiced with Adam, you already know — he’s the calm in the chaos, the quiet joker mid-flow, and somehow manages to make mindfulness feel both grounded and real.

A Columbus native and RYT-500 yoga teacher, Adam’s style blends strength, stillness, and curiosity. His classes are where focus meets flow, where you learn that the hardest work is often just slowing down enough to notice.
