Here is how it all started.
From a sickness to a business.
My story started back in 2007.
I was very active before 2007. I loved working in the yard and cleaning my cars every weekend. But all that stopped all of a sudden. A lot of tragic events happened in my past that got me into a deep depression. I didn't know that I was until about 3 years had passed.
When I realized that I was depressed. I was embarrassed to tell anyone. People noticed that I was different but didn't say anything. I would not go anywhere but work, and church.
I stop cutting my yard and cleaning my cars. I would just sit in my room or lay in the bed. So one day I told a co-worker about my problem. Just so happens he had this machine that he used on his son who has autism.
He told me that it can help with depression. So I said that I would try it. So one morning he came to my house after we got off working the night shift. It was about 8 am when he hooked me up to the machine. By 8:30 am I was done. I felt good but a little drained. So he left and I hit the shower and fell asleep. I woke up about 45 minutes later and I swear I was another person. It was the best feeling in the world. I just wanted to tell someone how good I felt. But no one was home but me. So I couldn't be still. Did not know what to do with myself.
So I left the house and went to the bike trail and rented a bike to ride for an hour. So I said to myself that I would ride 30 minutes out and turn around and come back. So I did. But when I looked at my phone and saw that I had been riding for 30min I was about to turn around until I saw the 5-mile marker a few yards away. So I hit it turned around and headed back. I made it with 5 minutes left. After that, I still was full of energy. So I went home and cut the grass and washed my cars.
Then went and picked up the kids from school and cooked dinner. Went to bed and then went back to work. When I got off the next morning I went back to the bike trail and did 10 miles again.
I was so pumped that I didn't want to lose the feeling. So I researched the machine and bought one. I started detoxing myself every 3 days. Then I started detoxing my whole family. Everybody was feeling good and having amazing results. Someone said that I should charge for this. So I did my research and went mobile.
On March 4, 2010, I started working out of a storefront sharing a space with someone else. On April 21, 2019, my dream came true. I finally moved on my own. I was not financially ready at the time. All I had was passion and a dream but I jumped out on faith and all I can say is nothing but God.
It's been 4 years since I out grew my first spot. Now I'm in a bigger place and still growing.
