This patient is about 2 months out from neck and jawline liposuction with non surgical skin tightening and upper blepharoplasty. I typically perform these procedures simultaneously in my office under local anesthetic and they take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours total. The combination of long lasting results, minimal downtime, plus the safety profile of these procedures is unmatched. It is important to understand there were no incisions as would typically be performed in a neck lift. I classify this as my non-surgical neck lift. The blepharoplasty has given her bright, beautiful eyes which is icing on the cake. She is glowing after these procedures. Another satisfied patient and doctor!

Before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty and full face deep erbium laser resurfacing with the joule. She is thrilled with her results! Initially she was not sure about sharing her before and after photos but when I showed them to her she wanted everyone else to know! This patient experienced a dramatic improvement in her heavy eyelids as well as her malar bags/festoons.
Her lower lids involved a combination of fat excision and repositioning, canthoplasty, skin pinch, and laser resurfacing. She still has some residual redness in a few areas but this is normal at her healing stage (7 weeks) and this will only improve over time. So happy for her!

The last photo shows what her skin and recovery looks like one week out from surgery to give people an idea of what the healing process looks like.

Before and 2 months after neck contouring and upper blepharoplasty surgery. Neck contouring involved liposuction and non-surgical skin tightening with FaceTite. Both surgeries were performed in office under local anesthesia. Typically the neck tightening will continue to improve over the next few months but it already looks fantastic!

Before and 3 months after deep plane neck lift, lower facelift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, CO2 laser resurfacing. Very pleased with the results for this patient. In order to achieve reduction of the severe neck fullness in this patient I addressed the deeper structures of the neck followed by extensive platysmal tightening in two vectors. As a type I diabetic a more conservative approach was taken in the mid and lower face to avoid risks of delayed healing, scarring, and infection. Overall a life changing transformation for my lovely patient.

Before and 7 months after endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, lower face and neck lift. So many wonderful things to say about this patient and her journey. My staff and I are truly blessed to have had her as a patient and gotten to know her. I saw her yesterday for her last visit with me and I will certainly miss her kindness, patience, and infectious positive attitude she displayed throughout the healing process. We hit some bumps along the road during recovery but she trusted me and my team and we are both so happy with where she is today. Love getting updates from my out of town patients! This lovely lady is nearly 2 months out from lower blepharoplasty with a combination of fat excision and repositioning. She’s such a lovely lady and was a pleasure to get to know. Perfectly comparable before and after photos are not always obtainable for patients who travel because photos are sent via iPhone and selfie mode which changes the depth of field. But you can clearly see the dramatic improvement in under eye bags and dark circles!
