I graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine where I received excellent training in swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, my
ofascial release and neuromuscular therapy. I have strong hands to really get into your tired , injured, strained or sore muscles, several years experience in the chiropractic setting, and personal experience with many problems associated with musculature and the spine. I am particularly proficient with deep tissue massage and spinal/neck problems. I appreciate a natural and holistic approach to health care and I will thoroughly discuss and evaluate your individual needs. My home is a safe space for everyone and a judgement free zone. I charge $75 for a 60 minute massage, $100 for a 90 minute massage. I look forward to working with you!
