Thank you to everyone who joined us for an afternoon of letting go, sound healing, and self-care. Together we set intentions, bathed in soothing crystal bowl vibrations, and created custom foot soaks to carry the calm home.

The energy in the room was pure peace—proof of the power of slowing down, releasing what no longer serves us, and making space for renewal.

Deep Breathing – Practice slow, deep breaths by inhaling through your nose for four counts, holding for four counts, and exhaling through your mouth for four counts. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system and promotes relaxation.

Grounding Techniques – Engage your senses by focusing on your surroundings. Try the 5-4-3-2-1 method: name five things you see, four things you feel, three things you hear, two things you smell, and one thing you taste.
