Real change doesn’t happen overnight — it’s built through small, steady habits that become second nature. Your wellness is the same way.

You don’t need to overhaul everything. Start small, stay consistent, and let the little things add up.

Be patient with yourself. You’re building a lifestyle, not chasing a quick fix.

Who else is building healthy habits before the new year hits? Let me know in the comments!

Cook smarter, not harder…

Bless him for empowering me to listen to my body…

My husband and I have been married for over 8 years, but in the last year or so, I have been in my “healing girl era”, which involved reclaiming my hormones and syncing everything in my life to my hormone cycle.

And my dearest husband has been along for the bumpy ride.

This man has been so patient as I’ve gotten better at communicating my needs, and he has become more attuned to the ebb and flow of my emotions, energy, and self-care needs. It has been a process, don’t get me wrong, but we are embracing this as just another opportunity to grow in our communication and understanding of each other.

How do you communicate effectively with your partner when it comes to your self-care needs?

Let me know in the comments!

This is my favorite afternoon reset: Fresh air + coffee + fetch

What is one way you are prioritizing self-care snacks into your day?

Those small choices don’t always feel like much in the moment — but trust me they stack up. 🙌

It’s not about being perfect — it’s about putting in a little effort (and a lot of grace) every day.

More self-compassion. More trial and error. And fewer mismatched Tupperware lids taking over my cabinets. 😅

What small win will you celebrate today?

This “magic potion” is my go-to remedy for cold and flu season.

I use this most when my throat starts to get a little scratchy, my lymph nodes swell up slightly, or I wake up feeling a little congested.

For me, Fire Cider pretty much kicks all of those symptoms to the curb by flushing my system with antioxidants, while giving my gut what it needs to support the immune system as it fights off the oncoming sickness.

Let me know if you want my recipe!

Follow along for more ways to naturally support your gut health and immune resilience this holiday season!

Here's your reminder to go outside!

Sunshine, fresh oxygen, and a little movement is a triple threat your immune system craves.

These simple moments are powerful forms of medicine — reducing stress, supporting gut and immune health, and restoring your natural rhythm.

Step outside, breathe deeply, and let nature do what it does best... heal.🍃

I've been holding back… until NOW!

I've been afraid of being too loud, too disruptive—scared my feelings were too big, my opinions too different.

But it's time I stop letting fear dim my light.

This is me stepping into boldness, authenticity and divine purpose.

After nearly a decade as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Behavioral Change Specialist, I believe I was placed on this earth to help women transform their relationships with their bodies.

The first few years of my career, I dove head first into healing my own gut dysfunction, blood sugar and hormone imbalances, while repairing my relationship with food and movement after years of disordered eating.

Now, I help other women discover the same food freedom and sustainable health habits.

To regulate gut dysfunction and nourish with intention, not restriction.

I'm called to be part of this collective SHIFT happening now—a new wave of women rebelling from diet culture and the shame it brings.

Many of us are actively breaking generational disordered eating patterns that have been normalized in our families for decades.

Reframing limiting beliefs taught by those with good intent, but which still caused damage.

We have the opportunity to impact generations to come—the relationship with food, self-worth and body image that our children, nieces and nephews will have.

Everything in my life and socials embodies that mission: We create the change, to be the impact.

I want to fill feeds with positivity and inspiration instead of insecurity and comparison.

I'm here to challenge your limiting beliefs, tell it to you straight (gently, probably sarcastically), and remind you that you're not alone.

This week, I'll share more about my story and why I'm so passionate about this work.

If you want to support my journey of embracing boldness and authenticity, be sure to follow along and show some love in the comments!
