I’m passionate about helping women learn how to move and fuel their bodies with intention—not restriction. My journey with extreme food sensitivities, chronic eczema, gut inflammation, and an eating disorder during adolescence gave me a deep, personal understanding of how harmful diet culture can be to our relationship with food, movement, and body image.

After nearly a decade in the health and fitness industry, I now lead with a restorative, intentional, and sustainable approach. I focus on getting to the root causes of inflammation, muscle imbalance, and chronic stress—so you can thrive, not just survive in a calorie deficit.
I specialize in functional strength and mobility training, deep core and stability work, and breathwork to help reduce stress and strengthen your mind-muscle connection. This type of movement enhances every other form of exercise by improving your balance, coordination, range of motion, and mental focus—while building a more positive, empowered relationship with your body.

"Big-boned" 👉 but redefined 🙌

Sometimes it's crazy to think about how crucial our skeletal system is to daily function.

The skeletal system is our OG support system 🙌 the backbone of everything—literally!

👉 it gives your body shape and allows you to stand upright
👉 it protects your spinal chord, brain and other vital organs
👉 it supports all movement
👉 it makes blood calls and stores key minerals

Without the skeletal system, we’d be floppy, fragile, and functionless!

So the next time someone tries to call you "big-boned" take a moment to recognize what a compliment that is! 💪

You can reply with confidence and say, "Thanks, that means I'm health, happy and strong!"

And walk your fine ass in the other direction... 🤷‍♀️

For so long, diet culture has led us to believe we can only be confident AFTER we have reached that "ideal" weight or size.

But that's the thing about self-love...

It HAS to start from within! 🙌✨️

🤷‍♀️ I get it!

As a girl who has been labled "big-boned" for my entire life, I used to hit that downward spiral of self-loathing at full speed!

From the Target dressing room to the poolside lounge chair...

Listening to the lies in my head while criticizing at my imperfections in the mirror.

Hiding the parts of my body that society told me to feel shame about.

Comparing myself to the IG influencers and picture-perfect images that scrolled across my screen.

I could easily point out the things I hated about my body, because that's where my FOCUS was...

And no matter what I did, how little I ate, or how hard I pushed my body at the gym, that focus kept me from learning to love my body, just as it was.

When I finally started making that conscious SHIFT, it drastically changed how I thought about, spoke to, and treated my body.

I began looking at the mirror with love, instead of judgment...

Fueling with intention instead of restriction...

Moveing my body with purpose, instead of punishment.

I discovered body love and confidence right where I was in my journey, AS I continued to create positive change in my health and routines.

And now, I WEAR THE DAMN BIKINI! 🙌
