Imagine if you had the muscles to control a fall.

Psst...these movements do just that! They're simple, functional, and help prevent injuries. The best part?

It only takes is 3–5 minutes a day. Self-care snack approved!

In 2025 I learned to prioritize my peace...

This year reminded me that becoming the best version of myself isn't about doing more, working harder or knowing more people—it was about choosing better.

Investing in hobbies that light me up.

Embracing food freedom like never before...

Building friendships that feel safe, authentic and mutually empowering.

I discovered that prioritizing my peace is the best thing that I can do for myself and every single person I have the privilege of serving.

THIS is what creating the change looks like...

It’s often the smallest moments that create the biggest shifts in mindsets and behaviors.

This may look like rolling out some yoga mats in the living room and starting a stretch circle with 3 generations of women in your family... who knows?

What is one small way you are creating the change in your family to make health and self-care a fun and effortless part of your life?

Save this one for after that holiday meal, you’ll thank me later.

These slow figure 4 drops, when paired with intentional breath can do wonders for easing your bloated gut post holiday meal.

This movement brings blood flow to the digestive organs to get things moving in the right direction, while easing the nervous system into “rest and digest mode”. That’s a win-win during a stressful season, if you ask me!

It’s certainly NOT calories …

Calories and macros are the last thing you need to let your pretty little nervous system stress out over!

You have enough on your plate! — pun intended.

Here are a few gold stars you should be giving yourself credit for this holiday season:

⭐ Staying hydrated
⭐ Taking moments just for you
⭐ Pausing to take deep breaths before you eat
⭐ Choosing small, intentional movement

You know you’re gonna eat some sweets and drink a few glasses of wine this weekend….

Instead of dreading how terrible you’re going to feel after, do something to prepare your body for success!

Hydration is one of the easiest things to fall by the wayside when we get busy, social and stressed. Here’s how I set my gut up for success everyday, but especially before holiday gatherings.

Who knew I'd be putting up my Christmas lights in a tank top!

I've been soaking up as much of this fresh air, sunshine, and every little bit of beautiful weather we can get.

Can you tell which lights are new and which ones are old?

I’m embracing a season of rediscovering what rest really looks like — slower mornings, quieter moments, and a little more ease.

This season feels like listening more closely to what I need and giving myself permission to meet it there.

What are you embracing this season?

What are the 3 spices you use most often?

Here's your seasonal reminder that your spice cabinet is basically a playground.

Switch it up. Try the spice you never reach for. Add a little fearless flavor and see what happens.

Different spices = different nutrients, happier gut, and honestly… it just keeps things more interesting.

Your body (and your taste buds) will thank you. 💛

Efficient and effective is the goal for these movement snacks 👍

This one is great for anyone who sits at a desk all day, after a long day of travel, or if you need a quick dose of movement.

Sustainable change starts with baby steps. Subtle shifts in routines that feel attainable. Mindset shifts that feel authentic and behaviors that can easily fit into a busy schedule.

A glimpse into my morning as a Personal Trainer & Holistic Health Coach…

Here’s the issue I see far too often…

Women are treating food sensitivities like food allergies, carrying around unnecessary fear and restricting entire food groups because of it, making their gut dysfunction WORSE!

The truth? → food allergies and food sensitivities are NOT the same thing! It's a totally different immune response!

While food allergies are a something you must live with or grow out of naturally, food sensitivities improve when we heal the gut lining and address the root cause.
