Why acupuncture?

Acupuncture treats a wide range of issues for people, to name a few would be anxiety, depression, pain, infertility, common colds, nausea, insomnia the list goes on and on.

The world today is unpredictable, which can make one feel anxious 😬, here is a tip to do at home.

Press your thumb and index finger on the opposite hand in the webbing between your index finger and thumb, hold for several sections and release. This will help with that anxious feeling, relieve your headache temporarily. You may do this several times a day as needed.
