Independent Beginnings recognizes Angie is a SUPERSTAR employee. Angie always smiles and motivates others. Her personality brings a unique energy to the home she manages.

Angie is a Program Assistant who has strived in her role. She advocates and ensures all the needs are met for those she manages. She has learned to balance both employee and individuals needs equally and it shows in the culture of the home.

When asked why she enjoys her position Angie stated “The only way to do great work is to love what you do, and I love working with these individuals". This shows in how she approaches all communication.

Angie thank you for all that you do. You are greatly appreciated.

We want to recognize Chania as a SUPERSTAR! Chania is an outstanding team lead who acknowledges the needs of the home before others notice. She will organize and plan all aspects of the home she leads. She goes out of her way to ensure everyone is happy and their wants are heard and understood.

Above all Chania is an amazing advocate. While on maternity leave she would still communicate with the individuals. She would help discuss things and assist them with understanding things or how to communicate their needs to others.

When asked what she likes about working with us Chania said: “I love being able to come to work and see how my individuals light up when they see me or we accomplish things together. It’s one of the best parts about my job.”

Thank you Chania for all that you do to support those we assist. You are appreciated.
