What a great Saturday at Morman Family Chiropractic celebrating the 3rd year of Beyond Birth! I was so honored to be a part of it and so honored to have met so many women that also desired overall health for themselves, their friends, and their family! I think I said a hundred times that day that I wish I would have had something like this offered when I was preparing for motherhood and bringing up littles!

Thank you to the Moms & Daughters of Saint Patrick's and Saint Peter's parishes in Bryan and Archbold💗
I spent an evening this week discussing the beauty of our femininity with such a welcoming group. It brings me such joy to witness the start of such important conversations between moms and their daughters regarding our bodies and purpose as women.
It will truly change our culture when our conversations can start at this age with a focus more on understanding, purpose, & cooperation of God's design vs. misunderstanding, fear, and control. 💗

To be Simply You, you must have an understanding of how your body functions.
Charting your cycles using the CREIGHTON MODEL is the foundation on which all other care can be built upon. Without an understanding of the language your body is using to communicate its function, it's very difficult to individualize your care to heal the root cause of any symptoms you may be experiencing.

What better way to celebrate Worldwide FertilityCare Week than with the 5th grade girls at Saints Peter and Paul School, discussing our God-given gifts, our purpose, and the natural changes we experience that make it all possible!
Being SIMPLY YOU is exactly who God created you to be 💕 It doesn’t have to be feared, ignored, or removed.
I pray this next generation of young women will be able to appreciate the whole beauty of what it is to be female in all its stages and share it with the world.
