Did you know that our CFP staff has grown to over 75 employees?! 😮 Who would have thought?!?

As a Patient Centered Medical Home this has allowed us to add services, alongside your primary care, such as our same-day Fast Track, Behavioral Heath/Counseling/Social Work, Chronic Care Management, Weight Loss and Nutrition Counseling, Diabetes Education, Remote Patient Monitoring, in-house Radiology and Lab, Interpreting, Billing/Coding, Referral Management, Medical Records, Women’s Health, etc… ALL under one roof!

From our front office staff to our nurses, and everyone in between, we are beyond proud of the professionalism and skills that each team member brings, in order to provide excellent patient care and a positive experience at every visit! “Thank You!” 👏 👏

Congrats to Lissi, who graduated from CCC in May and passed her LPN boards this past Friday!

Lissi joined Columbus Family Practice in August 2023 and we are honored to be a part of her journey! She will return to the classroom this fall to pursue her RN degree! We wish her the best of luck and will be waiting for her at the finish line!!
