Let’s talk about the big Sea, other wise known as free radicals. It seems like so many more people are struggling with this. In 2021 I felt a small hard ball or lump in my breast. I did not speak about it much because everyone expects you to go to a doctor. Well if I were going to be a guinea pig then I wanted to be the scientist too! And since I had already enjoyed learning and growing plants I decided to put my faith and knowledge in myself! I still have not seen a doctor and I don’t feel the knot or whatever it was. My health has not deteriorated yet my life as taken on a whole new journey. I’m traveling more now than I have my entire life. Meeting all kinds of awesome people out there doing their thing and sharing their creations with the world. The old version of me would have never went anywhere or believed in herself and let fear hold me back.
If my purpose is only to heal myself and hopefully some others along the way, I will truly be fulfilled in life! So enough about that let’s get to the good stuff! Heres what I’ve been taking and/or do!
Intermittent fasting slowly working up to the ability to go at least 3 solid days. Gut health and keeping an alkaline diet. Parasite cleanses at least twice a year with a good binder like activated charcoal. That will help pull toxins and heavy metals from the body. Drinking water, baking soda preferably red mill and sea salt, Himalayan salt or iodized salt aren’t what you want. Mix and drink in the morning and especially at night to help with toxins and alkaline your body. Finally here are the plants I work with specifically for it!
Turkey tail mushroom is a must
Essiac tea blend
Soursop leaf
Moringa leaf
Indian Sarsaparilla
Adding mushrooms to your diet will help tremendously
Apricot kernel- just one a day
Brazil nuts but no more then two a day
Pomegranates especially brain health and possibly pesky critters that don’t belong there.
There is so much knowledge out there for us to acquire. And everything we need to cure ourselves lives amongst us. If you need someone to do the research I’d be delighted to help in anyway I can!
Also side note that high A1C high blood pressure might just be from a lack of a couple trace minerals and one major one being Chromuim. More research is coming on that but in the meantime broccoli and green beans both have high amounts of chromium. The trick is to eat it consistently. But as always I’m sure I will be making a tincture for it. Happy healing 💜
