What is this elusive state of being? Where does it come from? How does it feel when you are fully centered and at ease?

This small-group sound experience will attempt to bring clarity to these questions and more through the use of healing sound vibrations. Using the sounds of gongs, handpan, flutes, chimes, singing bowls, and more, Sonic Wellness will create an energetic space that will invite calm from deep within.

Participants are encouraged to bring items that will support their deepest comfort, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye mask, etc. A few chairs will be available for those with physical limitations.
