Holidays working in the hospital aren’t always easy, but they’re a little better when you have an amazing team beside you. Robert is so grateful for the incredible nurses he has in CVICU and MSICU at Saint Francis. On the holidays they’re in the hospital together, he loves putting together a basket of goodies as a small way to say thank you for everything they do. (Bet y’all didn’t know he was so crafty, did ya?!)

Today especially, we’re reminded of the true meaning of Easter—hope, renewal, and the greatest act of love ✝️

We are SO VERY thankful for all first responders, military, and everyone working today to care for others.

Sunday morning fix secured ✔️

We got our sweet treats from our girl Hannah this morning!

The best part? She makes her goodies with flour that’s loaded with protein 🙌🏼 So you’re getting that little boost while still enjoying something delicious.

Reminder!!!! it’s okay to splurge! You do NOT have to cut out everything you love to see results. The key is portion control and just having less of it.

Hi everyone 👋

We are officially back in town after a relaxing week away! 🏝️

A quick update for this week:
Robert will be working in the ICU, so we will not have any in-office appointments available this week.

All medication requests will be reviewed and he will have orders submitted tomorrow.

*** I have to take the pup to the vet for his annual check up and will arrive to my office at 12 PM. I’ll be returning all texts, emails, Facebook messages, and calls tomorrow AFTERNOON. ***

He’s officially trading in syringes + scrubs for a bathing suit and sunshine ☀️🏝️

📵 We’ll have very limited access to texts & email during this time (beach Wi-Fi is questionable at best 😎)

Please text or email us ASAP so we can get everything lined up before we go!

✔️ Direct shipment(to your house) from the pharmacy must be paid for & placed by Friday, February 6
✔️ Clinic pick-up orders should be placed before Tuesday February 3 if you’ll need to pick up before February 6
