In 2008 they began their business after realizing the strong call they both felt to care for the elderly. It is important to them to provide care that is personal and individualized. By limiting the number of residents in each home Debbie, Michael and all the staff members have time to learn the prefere

nces of each person in their care. “Each house is like one big family” says Debbie. “We really get to know each other.” Staff and family members support and encourage each other and the seniors get plenty of care and attention.
