Mary is adding every other Saturday to her current schedule so it's easier to get an appointment! If Tuesday or Friday isn't working with your schedule, now you can find time to relax on Saturday with Mary!

Mary primarily utilizes The Trager® Approach which uses gentle rhythmic rocking motions to help reset the body from a state of tension to a state of relaxation. These movements coax the brain out of holding patterns that manifest in pain or decreased range of motion. The goal is to smooth out the wrinkles in the system to promote freedom of movement, relief of pain and comfort within the body.

Susan fully understands the value of a good night's sleep so when she was suffering from middle-of-the-night insomnia 12 years ago, she decided to give acupuncture a try.

After acupuncture helped her sleep restfully, she continued to undergo treatments that helped her prior to and following orthopedic, breast, and pancreatic cancer surgeries.

Acupuncture was a constant for her during radiation, chemo-therapy & post chemo-therapy neuropathy. Acupuncture allowed her to tolerate the myriad side effects of cancer treatment and make a positive difference in her life and health journey.
