This one still hits every time 👀👇🏽

3 things you should NOT do after a massage if you want your body to actually keep the benefits.

Massage doesn’t end when you get off the table — what you do after matters just as much as the session itself.

Save this for later, share it with someone who’s always sore, and let your body do what it came to do: reset 🧠💆🏽‍♀️

I do still have a few openings available the week of Valentine’s Day, and March is now officially open for booking 🌿

✨ Friendly reminders:
• Tuesdays & Thursdays are reserved for VA appointments only
• I’ll be out of town Feb 19–22

If your body has been whispering (or yelling 👀) that it’s time… this is your sign.
Go ahead and grab one of the last February spots or secure your March session now 💆🏽‍♀️💛

Neck tension doesn’t always need force.
Sometimes it just needs attention.

Here’s what these gentle tips can look like in real life:

• Heat or ice as needed → a warm compress after a long day, or ice if things feel inflamed
• Gentle neck movement → slow circles, side-to-side, nothing forced
• Check your sleep position → keeping your neck neutral instead of tilted or stacked
• Support your neck (desk/chair) → bringing the screen to eye level and letting your shoulders relax

Small adjustments add up.
Your body responds best when it feels supported, not pushed.

Save this for later 🤍
Your neck will thank you.

Pain isn’t always the problem—it’s often the signal.

Your body works in patterns, compensates to protect you, and sometimes sends pain messages from a completely different area than the source.

That’s why chasing the sore spot doesn’t always bring lasting relief.

If this made you think of a spot that always acts up, drop it in the comments—or save this for later 🤍

Deep tissue work goes deeper than muscle.

It supports the nervous system, improves movement, and helps interrupt long-standing tension patterns the body has been holding onto.

That’s why deep tissue isn’t about how hard you can tolerate pressure—it’s about intentional, skilled work that helps the body feel safe enough to let go.

Education before expectations 🤍

We’re really good at noticing when our phones need charging 🔋📱
Slower response. Low battery. Glitches.

Our bodies do the same thing — just quieter 🤍
Tight shoulders. Shallow breathing. Mental fog.

Recharging yourself doesn’t have to be dramatic 🌿
Sometimes it looks like pausing, unclenching, and choosing softness first thing in the morning.

Let today begin gently ☁️✨

After a massage, your body is still working.

Mild soreness? Normal.
Feeling tired or emotional? Also normal.
Increased thirst? That’s your body asking for support.

Massage doesn’t end when you get off the table —
that’s when integration begins.

This is why aftercare matters just as much as the session itself.

💧 Drink water
😴 Rest when you can
🌿 Let your body do what it’s designed to do

Save this for after your next session & share it with someone who needs the reminder.

Deep tissue doesn’t end when you get off the table.
What you do after matters just as much as the work itself.

🚫 Don’t jump into a workout
🚫 Don’t ignore soreness or sharp pain
🚫 Don’t skip hydration

Your muscles just received deep, intentional work.
Give your body time to integrate, recover, and reset.

This is how deep tissue supports real relief—not just temporary comfort.
